Product Description:
Highway overhead movable scaffolding system for bridge erection is a construction machine used for building cast-in-situ concrete bridges. Due to high-quality construction, easy operation, low cost and other characteristics, it is extensively used for continuous bridge construction in highways and railways, which is considered as a state-of-the-art construction method. The bridge building equipment is mainly composed of support legs, truss, internal and external framework and a lifting system.

Basic Construction
The structural components of formwork traveler system are designed with optimized weights. The movable scaffolding systems can be designed as underslung or overhead type to adapt to many bridge cross-sections, including single box girder, double or triple box girder, U-section, etc.. The whole system is designed so that it can be easily assembled and adjusted during operation to variations in segment length, section height, web thickness and deck width.

Packaging:
1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 22 tons to 25tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products:
---Bundles: Timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---Pallet: Small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---Wooden cases: It is available on customer's request.
---Bulk: Some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.
Delivery:
1. Production: For full container, normally we need 20-30 days after receive customer's down payment.
2. Transportation: It depends on the destination charge port.
3. Negotiation is needed for special requirements.
